Agentic Engineering Days Zurich 2026

Agentic Engineering Days Zurich 2026 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the organizers.

Consequences

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers retain the right to take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.

Reporting

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Our team can be identified by their event badges.

We will be happy to help participants contact venue security, local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment so that they feel safe for the duration of the conference.

Photo & Recording Policy

Please ask for consent before photographing or recording other participants. Be mindful when sharing event-related content on social media — do not share photos or recordings of individuals without their consent.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all conference spaces, including talks, workshops, social events, hallway conversations, and associated online spaces. It applies to all participants, speakers, sponsors, organizers, and volunteers.
